Beriku ini rincian korban meninggal akibat gempa bumi tasikmalaya 10 orang meninggal di Kabupaten Cianjur, 9 di Garut, 2 di Sukabumi, 9 di Tasikmalaya, 8 di Bandung, 1 di Bandung Barat, 2 di Bogor, dan 4 di Ciamis. Selain menyebabkan korban tewas, gempa berkekuatan 7,3 SR pada posisi 142 km barat daya Tasikmalaya itu juga menyebabkan ratusan orang terluka dan ribuan rumah rusak.Total kerusakan akibat gempa bumi tasikmalaya tercatat sebanyak 18.278 rumah di 10 kabupaten/kota yang terkena dampak Gempa Tasikmalaya rusak.Data yang masuk ke Pusat Pengendalian Operasi BNPB, Jakarta, menyebutkan, 8.885 unit rumah rusak berat dan 9.393 lainnya rusak ringan. Kerusakan terbesar tercatat di Kabupaten Ciamis. Di wilayah itu, 5.085 unit rumah rusak berat dan 6.211 rusak ringan.
